[KS] Dear Leader

Dear List: 

What is the Korean for "Dear Leader", but more importantly what is its derivation.  While I'm aware that it was used to distinguish Kim Jong Il from father while he was alive....is it still being used or has he assumed other titles...or at least a favorite among his many.
