Dear Colleagues,
The January meeting of the Chousenshi Kenkyuukai will be held Saturday,
January 27, at Tokyo University's Hongo campus. This month's speakers, who
will present in Japanese, are below.
Research Presentation:
Inoue Kazue. "The Movements to Improve Living Conditions in Japan and in
Colonial Korea in the 1920s and 1930s"
Book Review:
Kimura Taku. "ChosOn chOngi hyanghwa - sujik Waein yOngu," by Han Munjong
(Seoul: Kukhak CharyowOn, 2005).
The meeting will begin at 1:30 pm in the Nougakubu Building No. 1, third
floor, classroom No. 9. At Tokyo University Hongo campus the Nougakubu is
located near the Toudai-mae station. For further information, please
