Dear Colleagues

Given the recent stallmate in the 6-party-talks, I thought there may
be others interests in an article I did for OhmyNews International
about the provision of the U.S. Patriot Act (2001) that was used to
freeze North Korean funds in the Banco  Delta Asia.
