Dear Sir,

My name is Nicolas Levi. I'm affiliated to the Polish Academy of
Sciences.I'm writing a doctorate about Kim Pyong Il, half brother of Kim Jong Il, who is
ambassador of North Korea in Poland. He was said to be a rival of Kim Jong
Il concerning the run the north Korean throne.

I'm especially looking for contacts with :
- specialists of North Korea, and especially people who had contacts with
the Kim Family or people interested on the Kim  Family;

- defectors (email or if you can be an intermediate between me and
defectors) who may have met him and may have an opinion about Kim Pyong Il.

Can you help me in this way?

My subject is quite complicated because I've got few info. Each information
can be useful even some anecdots.I met him a few time, I met his family etc...
I send you a list of questions for which you or other people that you would
recommend me and who may have an answer.

- According to you what is the character of Kim Pyong Il ? What is your
feeling about him? Who are his friends in North Korea or his supporters
- Who were his friends in North Korea?
- Have you got some infos about his wife?
- Have you got other contacts (such as defectors) /book references which can
be useful for my research?

Thank you very much for your help I will appreciate it, and if you've got
some queries please contact me.

Thanks you in advance

Nicolas Levi
