The Korea Literature Translation Institute is planning to hold Translation Academy classes for potential literary translators from Korean into a variety of languages this year again. Applications are currently being received (the deadline is in less than a week, not much time to prepare even brief sample translations but even a couple of pages will be enough) and the hope is that the people participating will be native speakers of the target languages. The classes for English will probably be held on Wednesdays 7 - 9 pm. I hope that many people will apply. See
