Dear colleagues.
I would appreciate if the group could assist me. I
am working on an article about the change of wartime
command in Korea. I am trying to find information
(reference) on the sources and forces that led Roh
Moo-hyun administration to postpone the change of
command from 2009 as Washington wanted to 2012.
