It is good to be confirmed in a hunch. The full dates of birth and death are 1898/12/10  -  1949/12/10 

This is found (with a detailed account of his pro-Japanese activities, which seem to boil down to having inherited a title of nobility) on Page 221 of  the 2009 report of  친일반민족행위자재산조사위원회  (첨부자료_ 5. 국가귀속 결정된 친일반민족행위자 )
which is online at http://152.99.231.99/pds/result/2009업무보고서.PDF    where, on the following page, there is a picture of his father, Han Ch'ang-su (1862.1.19~1933.10.8)  with a full account of his pro-Japanese activities. 

Han Sang-ryong 韓相龍 (1880.10.16~1947.1.30) was a close relative, it seems.
