You should contact somebody from Seou, who may check the Information Center on 
North Korea. This institution should definitly have this issue.

FRANK_hard copies of Rodong Sinmun Dear all,
does any of you have hard copies (printed issue) of the Rodong Sinmun in your 
library? I am particularly interested in the front page of issue 261/2005, i.e. 
Sept. 18, 2005. The online edition at the KCNA website is shortened and does not 
help much in this case.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
