The British Association for Korean Studies will be hosting a symposium on the
Korean War. The event, a unique combination of retrospective presentations on
the war and its legacy from veterans, historians, film-makers, diplomats and
literary and cultural commentators, promises to be of great interest to those
involved in Korean (and East Asian) Studies and the contemporary political,
social and economic issues of the region. 

Places are limited and those wishing to attend must register in advance. Details
