[KS] AKSE Newsletter 35 - notice

Dear all,

I'm sending out the below on behalf of Michael Shin who has had some issues getting this message through to the list. I just want to remind people that Mailman, our list serve client, is a far from perfect piece of software and can be quite temperamental (even as list owner, I'll often hit periods where it isn't getting mail properly to me). If you think that you are missing messages from the list, do check the archive and if messages that you are sending don't seem to be appearing, please let me know.

On the below, please do not respond to me, but to Mike at [mds71 at cam.ac.uk].

Best, Stephen

>>Dear Colleagues,

I just want to remind all colleagues in institutions in Europe to send me your reports for the next AKSE newsletter by Monday 8 Aug. The usual deadline is 31 July, but I will be on holiday until 6 Aug.

As usual, please follow the format used in previous editions of the newsletter. As for romanization, at the last AKSE meeting, it was decided that each institution can decide which system to use; I just ask that it be used consistently throughout your report.

Like last year, the newsletter will be sent out in October 2011, and I look forward to hearing from colleagues who haven't already submitted their reports.

Sincerely,

Mike
