[KS] Hancom Office (HWP) on non-Korean Windows?

Dear Colleagues,

I have been told recently by a Korean colleague that he heard that 
the most recent versions of Hancom Office (HWP) will run on Windows 
locales other than Korean. Can anyone provide confirmation of this? 
I am aware of the Hancom Office Reader, but since I need full 
functionality, I can't use that.
