[KS] Lim Un, author of "The Founding of a Dynasty in North Korea"

Does anyone have any background on the author of "The Founding of a Dynasty in North Korea - An Authentic Biography of Kim Il-song"? It was titled "A Secret History of the Founding of a North Korean Dynasty" when originally published in Japanese, in 1982, under the pseudonym Lim Un. 
 
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
