[KS] Hancom Office (HWP) on Mac/Windows/Linux

Although this was not the original question (in the other Windows 
thread), the following info may be useful for some here on the list 
using a Macintosh computer, or those on Linux: there is a new HWP 
READER for the Mac, released end of June 2011, and also a very simple 
way to convert HWP files to PDF files online (for all OS).

Mac App Store -- download the free Hancom HWP READER for Macintosh 
(released end of June 2011) -- for the latest version of Hancom's HWP 
(2010):

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You need to be registered with the Mac App Store 
(Apple icon --> App Store --> Log In) . If you are not yet, be aware 
that this requires you to get Appple your credit card info, although 
this particular application  is free. ... The application will be 
installed to your "Applications" folder under the name "Hancom Office 
Hanword Viewer."

Convert HWP files to PDF (Adobe Acrobat PDF):

HOW-TO:
--> Click on "Convert to PDF" (upper right area of above website), 
enter the URL of the HWP document if online, or click the "Browse" 
button to locate it on your computer's hard drive. Then click 
"Convert this document." When done, download it or directly open it 
using your Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader (as it is still located at the 
thinkfree.com server).
