[KS] Photo exhibit at Syracuse University

Dear all,

I highly recommend the photo exhibit on Christian missionary work in Korea which is on display in Hendricks Chapel at Syracuse University. There is a companion book available for purchase. Even for the non-specialist it is an illuminating peek into Korean life of a century ago. I was really struck by the sight of people in traditional dress. For comparative photographers, I recommend the work of Helga Morrison on China and the book "Hyaku-nen mae no Nihon" on Japan.
