[KS] North Korea TV disappeared again

Hello All:

Does anyone know what happened to the North Korean TV station
Internet stream that the South Korean SPTV station
(http://www.sptv.co.kr/) produced? The same stream now shows the
South Korean station YTN instead:
mms://112.170.78.145:50000/chosun (32-bit mode)
Same on my site:
http://koreaweb.ws/7_dprkTV.html (any mode)

Doing a 'traceroute' from any country to that station at
112.170.78.145 shows major connection problems (within Korea, EXCEPT
for connections from Korean itself -- as you can see for yourself
using this tool: http://www.wipmania.com/en/tools/ ).

You can still get it through satellite, Thaicom 5
(http://www.lyngsat.com/tvchannels/kp/Korean-Central-TV.html) if you
are in the area where its signal can be received:
http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/maps/thai5_global.html
But not so easily on the Internet ... maybe through RRinternetTV,
haven't tried.

Best,
Frank
