Dear AKSE members and friends,
this is the final reminder for abstract submission and panel creation for the AKSE Conference Vienna 2013. All abstracts need to be submitted until July 14 via our conference management system (https://www.conference-service.com/AKSE-2013/welcome.cgi). The abstract submission website will close automatically on that day, so that no late submissions are possible (neither via the system nor by email, mail or fax). Please understand that - for technical reasons - there cannot be made any exceptions to this rule.
Please also note that panel proposals can only be considered if the panel abstract and all corresponding paper abstracts have been submitted until July 14. If corresponding paper abstracts have not been submitted by July 14, the panel cannot be accepted and all other abstracts will be dealt with as individual paper submissions.
We will inform all submitters on acceptance after the reviewing process has been completed. This will not be before October 29, 2012. Registration for the conference will be possible via http://akse2013.univie.ac.at/ between October 29, 2012 and January 07, 2013. Full papers can be uploaded electronically between October 29, 2012 and June 15, 2013. They will be distributed to participants on a customized USB stick.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Vienna next year.
Best regards, on behalf of the organizing committee,
Rudiger Frank
