The Department of EthnicStudies at the University of California, Riverside, announces a tenuredAssociate or Full Professor position in Korean American Studies, beginning July1, 2013. PhD degree in a field related to theories and principles of Korean AmericanStudies is required. The candidate should be a scholar with demonstrated recordof commitment to research, grant writing, fundraising, teaching excellence, andcommunity service. UCR is a research institution with high expectations forscholarly productivity and excellence in teaching. Position supports the YoungOak Kim Center for Korean American Studies at UC Riverside with research andinquiry to facilitate effective Center planning, decision making and missionfulfillment. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
