[Bill Streifer]

The Associated Press (AP) has just announced that Japan, South Korea and the United States would sign their first joint intelligence-sharing pact on December 29th to better cope with North Korea's increasing nuclear and missile threats. The AP has just written the first sentence of the Postscript to my up-coming book on the history of North Korea's nuclear program.
