Dear colleagues,

Due to repeated requests, we are *extending the deadline* for submission
of proposals for AKSE 2015 to *July 15, 2014*.
As no electronic system is perfect, ongoing registration/submission
processes have revealed a few weak spots in the procedure (or in our
explanations of it), so we have slightly adapted the documents
pertaining to the online submission ("call-akse2015",
"submission-akse2015") in order to help avoid problems that we would
need to fix manually. For your convenience, the updated documents are
attached to this mail. You will also find them on the conference
web-site http://www.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/akse2015/.
Having received frequent inquiries on this point, I would also like to
emphasize that the maximum of 1000 words per abstract has not to be
reached. Within this limit, your abstract may have any length you
consider sufficient for convincing reviewers of the quality of your
proposal.

Looking forward to welcoming many of you next year in Bochum,
with best regards
Marion Eggert
