Hmmmm....
And Winston Churchill is also listed as an "OSS informant", I suppose? 

Rhee's cooperation with OSS has been published widely since many years. 
When you say "informant" -- are you referring to something else? Can 
the figurehead of the Korean independence movement in the United States 
be named an "informant" when it comes to the fight against the Japanese 
colonial empire (which was at the same time at war with the United 
States)? Isn't that a misnomer?
