Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

In 2012, I discovered the full, non-redacted transcript of an interview of a female, North Korean nuclear defector. I had her interview translated into English, and had the entire interview published in a journal geared toward the North Korean military. The article was titled "In a North Korean Nuclear Defector's Own Words." The interview had not been published in English prior, or, as far as I know, since.

In it, the defector discusses the origin of North Korea's nuclear weapons program (It began in Hamhung, not Pyongyang), the number of Soviet advisors, how North Korea kidnapped several South Korean scientists including Do Sang-rok (who is known as the father of North Korea's nuclear weapons program), how and when North Korea's nuclear weapons program was moved down to Pyongyang, and when the Soviet advisors withdrew.

I have attached my original article which was co-authored by an elderly resident of Seoul who can speak Korean, Japanese and English. At the time, I never signed any sort of exclusivity agreement, so I'm now looking for a peer-reviewed academic publication willing to reprint the defector's answers to the thirteen questions posed to her by a Japanese refuge group.

If you are the publisher or editor of such a journal, please contact me directly.

Thank you.
