[KS] Korean National Library // copy service?

Dear All:

A quick question:

Does anyone know if the Korean National Library (http://www.nl.go.kr) 
has any sort of COPY service for rare documents? Many seem accessible 
via their Intranet as scans but are protected from outside access. I 
perfectly understand that. But is there any way to get copies? I do not 
see anything at their website -- yet, can hardly believe there is no 
such service. Maybe some 'outsourced' private company offers such a 
service?
