CALL FOR REPORTS FOR 2014-15 AND APPLICATIONS FOR 2015-16

The European Program for the Exchange of Lecturers (EPEL) is sponsored
by the Korea Foundation.
Institutions may invite guest lecturers through the EPEL program. Every
year AKSE draws up
a comprehensive proposal and budget for the program, which includes the
proposals of
individual universities, and our Treasurer handles the reimbursements
that lecturers receive for their expenses. Lectures sponsored by this
program should be an
integral part of the curriculum of the institution where they are presented.

The lecturers are reimbursed for their travel within European countries,
accommodation
expenses and meals, but they are not paid a lecture fee. This program
offers excellent
opportunities for AKSE members to meet and exchange ideas concerning
both research
and teaching.

If you have not yet benefited from this program but intend to do so,
please send your proposal to the AKSE President*before27 July 2015*.

If you have not sent your report for 2014-15 to the AKSE President,
please do so by 24 July 2015.
S/he will send you the Form of Report prepared by the KF and ask you to
compile your reports.
Failure to send reports by the deadline obstructs new applications for
2015-16.
