[KS] Updated Windows 7/8/10 KJ keyboard driver

Dear All:

A brief note:
Russell Burge of Stanford was so kind to let me know (I am a Mac user) 
that there is a problem with the altered Windows keyboard drivers I 
posted a couple of months ago. I am relatively certain, though, that 
this problem was already in the original version of the driver as it 
comes from Microsoft. In any case, an explanation and a new version of 
the US keyboard driver can be downloaded at:
