The Asian Studies Program at Vanderbilt University, with the generous
support of The Korea Foundation, is accepting applications for a
tenure-track Assistant Professor in Korean Studies.

Field of specialization as a scholar of Korea is open to any discipline
within the arts, humanities, and social sciences.  Candidates who integrate
their research and teaching of Korean Studies with multidisciplinary and
interregional expertise are preferred.  The successful candidate will
possess a clear research trajectory and will have completed the PhD
by August 16, 2018.  Proficiency in both English and Korean is required for
teaching and research in the program.
