Judged by the page numbers (each issue consisted of 160 pages) it is 
very likely in no. 1 (January) [제2권 1호] (above bibl. info is from 
the scan of a bound volume at Berkeley.)
Berkeley U has a copy of that issue of the _Hanʼgugin_ magazine in its 
off-side storage facility:
