[KS] North Korean laws, 1946

Dear All:

Maybe someone can help? COVID makes it harder to locate literature. I 
am looking for two early, pre-DPRK laws in an authoritative/scholarly 
English translation (no website/forum postings).

1. [North Korean] "Law on Land Reform" or "Land Reformation Act" (?), 
   March 5, 1946

2. [North Korean] "Labor Law for the Factory and Office Workers in 
North Korea,"
   June 24, 1946

Any bibliographic information, or, better yet, the actual laws as 
PDF/scans would be super helpful.
