if you're in Los Angeles next week, I'd like to cordially invite you to attend a literary event co-sponsored by the Korean Cultural Center in Los Angeles and the Unitersity of Southern California.

This public event, titled "An Alternate Pedigree of Korean and Korean American Literature," introduces the work of Nak Chung Thun, the forgotten Korean American writer who immigrated from the Pyeongan Province to Riverside, California and left 10,000 pages of novels, short stories, and essays that date back to 1917-1937. The event, which follows an international symposium on Thun's archive on 13th
