[KS] Undergraduate Korea Study Abroad Travel Grant

Please share the following announcement with your students and others who
may qualify for this* Undergraduate Korean Study Abroad Travel Grant *provided
by *The Korea Society.* Awards of up to $2,000 are granted for undergrads
engaging this spring in a full-term study abroad experience in Korea.

This *‘travel topping off’* grant, awarded directly to the student, has
been developed to defray travel expenses for students who would normally
struggle financially to realize the life-changing experience of studying
abroad, the soft-skill development which future employers seek and, most
importantly, the opportunity to cultivate an in-person understanding of
Korea, a country of strategic importance to the U.S.

The application is currently open with a *deadline for applying on January
22, 2024.*
