Dear Korean library or government,

The Korean library or government changed the access to KISS database.
Unless one has Korean cell phone number one cannot have access.
How many of us outside of Korea have permanent Korean cell phone number?
This change prevents me having research articles in Korean publication
greatly.
I used to have access to it with internet explorer.
I hope they change the policy and consider this inconvenience and give us
access.

Best wishes,
