About the Speaker: Daehoon Jeong is Research Fellow of the National
Institute of Korean History. Jeong completed his PhD in History from
Hanyang University in 2022. He studied the history of the Korean electric
power industry after the liberation in the context of U.S. aid policies and
the formulation of Korea's economic development plan. His research
interests include the inequality in the energy regime and the public
history.
