[KS] Looking for North Korean image of turtle crossing the DMZ

Hello everyone,
   I saw a presentation around 2008 on North Korean propaganda.   One of the images was of a turtle crossing the DMZ from an industrial, polluted South Korea to North Korea where the air was clean, obviously a post-famine image.
    I tried several internet searches, both English and Korean, and found all sorts of turtle and DMZ images, I but have not that particular image.  I am not sure if it was a still from an animation or an independent image.  I was wondering if anyone has seen and has a copy they would be willing to share?
