[KS] Intensive Academic Seminar of Korean Studies Young Scholars (IAS) 2026

Greetings, Korean Studies community!

We are pleased to announce the second edition of the IAS (Intensive
Academic Seminar) in Korean Studies.  The event, made possible by the
support of the Seed-Advanced Project from the Academy of Korean Studies
(AKS), will be held from February 2nd to 5th, 2026, at the Italian
Institute of Oriental Studies (ISO), Sapienza University of Rome.

It will also be possible to participate online via the following Google

The seminar features a program of lectures, student presentations,
discussions, and tutoring sessions conducted by Italian and international
scholars from various disciplinary fields. The initiative aims to
strengthen research method skills, promote interdisciplinary exchange, and
offer young researchers in Korean studies the opportunity to receive
valuable feedback from mentors with different academic backgrounds. For
