 2026년 여름, 서울대학교 규장각한국학연구원에서 제20회 규장각 한국학 여름학교를 개최합니다. 본 프로그램은 국내외 대학원에 재학 중인 한국학 및 한국 유관 분야를 전공하는 대학원생을 대상으로, 한국학의 다양한 분야에 관한 최신 연구 동향과 방법론을 심화 학습할 기회를 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 
 본 여름학교는 2026년 6월 29일(월)부터 7월 10일(금)까지, 서울대학교에서 대면 방식으로 진행됩니다.

1. 프로그램 개요
 본 여름학교에서는 한국사, 미디어, 고전문학, 현대어문학, 예술, 젠더연구, 사상·종교 및 교육, 북한 연구 등 다양한 한국학 분야의 연구 방법론과 최신 동향, 주요 접근법을 다룹니다. 모든 강의는 서울대학교 교수진이 담당합니다.
 각 강의는 2시간으로 구성되며, 90분 강의 후 30분 토론이 진행됩니다. 모든 강의 및 토론은 한국어 또는 영어로 진행되며, 참가자는 두 언어 모두에 대해 강의를 이해하고 토론에 참여할 수 있는 충분한 언어 능력을 갖추고 있어야 합니다. 프로그램 후반부에는 참가자들이 자신의 연구 주제 또는 연구 프로젝트를 발표할 기회가 제공됩니다.
 또한, 사전 신청한 참가자에 한해 오후 한문 워크숍이 운영됩니다. 한문 워크숍은 한국어로 진행되며, 고전 한문 텍스트의 정독을 중심으로 이루어집니다. 해당 워크숍에 참여하기 위해서는 한국어에 대한 일정 수준 이상의 이해 능력이 요구됩니다.

● 국내외 소재 대학원에 재학 중인 한국학 및 한국 유관 분야를 전공하는 대학원생
※ 최근 3년 이내 규장각 한국학 여름학교 참가 이력이 있는 경우, 신청이 불가합니다.

20th Kyujanggak Korean Studies Summer Workshop, 2026

 The Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies will host its 20th Korean Studies Summer Workshop in the summer of 2026. This program is designed to provide graduate students in Korean Studies or Korea-related fields with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of current research trends and methodologies across a wide range of disciplines in Korean Studies.
 The workshop will be held in person from June 29 (Mon) to July 10 (Fri), 2026.

1. Program Overview
 The workshop will address research methods, trends, and approaches in diverse fields, including Korean history, mass media, classical literature, modern linguistics and literature, gender studies, philosophy, religion and education, art, and North Korean studies. All lectures will be delivered by faculty members of Seoul National University.
 Each session will last two hours, consisting of a 90-minute lecture followed by a 30-minute discussion. Lectures and discussions will be conducted in either Korean or English, and participants are expected to have sufficient proficiency in both languages to follow the sessions. Toward the end of the program, participants will also have the opportunity to present their own research projects.
 In addition, an afternoon Hanmun Workshop will be offered to participants who register in advance. The Hanmun Workshop will be conducted in Korean and will focus on close reading of classical Hanmun texts. Participants are therefore expected to have an adequate level of Korean proficiency in order to fully engage with the materials.

※ Applicants who have participated in the Summer Workshop within the past three years are not eligible to apply.
