[KS] Final Reminder: Call for Papers for AKSE 2027

Dear Colleagues,

The submission for the AKSE 2027 conference at the University of Bucharest will
close at midnight CET on the *15th September*!

If you are looking to submit a panel, please read the submission instructions
carefully as there are several stages in our panel submission process and
the presenters need to submit their own abstracts.

*Instructions for individual paper proposals*

·       Individual presenters should submit an abstract of up to 300 words,
as well as a paper title and up to three keywords.

·       When prompted, choose "0) No Panel" in the "Find your panel" menu.


*Instructions for panel proposals*

·       Panel proposals should include: a concise title (e.g. “Korean
Diaspora in US”); up to three keywords; details of up to five panelists (up
to four presenters and an optional non-presenting chair); and a panel
abstract of up to 300 words.

·       Additionally, each presenter should prepare an abstract of up to
300 words

·       Normally panels do not include discussants. The panel chair can act
as discussant if invited to do so.


*Panel submission process*

1.         Panel organizers and all members create accounts on this site

2.         Panel organizer completes 'new panel submission' with panel
title and presenter information. Please make sure you have the email
address associated with the accounts of all presenters before creating the
submission.

3.         Panel organizer completes 'new submission' for panel abstract
and keywords. Please no names of presenters in the panel abstract - it will
be a blind review!

4.         Panel presenters complete 'new submission' for paper abstracts
and select appropriate panel title from 'Find your panel' menu. In case
your panel is not in the menu, contact your panel organizer or wait for
her/him to create the panel.
