Dear Linda:
Portland State University (in Portland, Oregon) has Korean language program,
offering two years of Korean language. 
The University of Oregon recently started to offer the Korean language
courses.
Harvard and Boston College in Boston, MA has Korean language courses.
I think if you contact Korean language teachers association in the University
of Hawaii, or the Korean consulate in your area, or the Korea Foundation, they
may have the survey.
