Sorry, David - but I thought it was obvious; by "strictly undergrad" I
meant institutions that do not offer graduate programs.  And it isn't that
grad students "sully" the atmosphere, but (as David Kang pointed out) they
are what make it possible for Korean to be offered at all.  We all can
list plenty of small liberal arts colleges that offer good east asian
studies programs and even four years of Japanese and Chinese ... but (as
is obvious from the lack of replies) almost none that offer Korean.  As to
whether Dartmouth counts... I think "yes", but I'll let my colleague
decide for himself.
And by the way - DOES Wesleyan offer Korean??
