Dear Ji-Yeon,

Design House has published a book on kimchi, including all kinds of
information about its history, preparation, ingredients -- you name it.
It's available in both Korean and English. It was written Kim Man-Jo, Lee
Kyou-Tae, and Lee O-Young. I was in charge of the English translation, but
I cannot take responsibility for the English title: _Kimchi, Thousand
Years_. They named it that over my dead body. In spite of the title, the
content is pretty good, especially the extremely informative parts by Kim
Man-Jo, a nutrition specialist working for the United States government.
It's a two-volume set with tons of photos and nearly one-hundred recipes
in addition to all the other info. It's priced at 50,000 won. Here's the
address.
