Concerning the idea of the North's collapse, I would think
that the last thing the ROK, Japan, and the United States would
want now is for that scenario to manifest.  I believe you should
revise your argument.  As has been mentioned by others, political
fortune tellers have been predicting the DPRK's eventual collapse
for decades--it hasn't happened.  I would think that there are
more healthier scenarios to write about than that of collapse.
