Please note the following event.

Thur., Nov. 5		Chang-rae Lee, novelist, has written the
6:45 PM			award-winning _Native Speaker_ and will be
Athenaeum		reading from his new novel, _Black Flag_.


Mr. Lee is Professor of English and Director of the Creative Writing
Program at Hunter College/CUNY in New York City.  He is a graduate of Yale
University and the University of Oregon.


This event will take place at the Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum on the CMC
campus.  The lectures begin at 6:45 PM and are free and open to the
public.
