Dear Pavel,

The answer to your question is no, you cannot simply combine syllables of
romanized Korean and come up with correct expressions, because Korean has
rules of assimilation that are even more complex than Japanese. If you don't
know Korean, you will probably need a dictionary that already contains the
combined words.

I provided Jim with those readings a few years back, before the most recent
changes in Ministry of Education transcription policy, but the fact is, that
most transcription of Korean that is done in Western literary and historical
scholarship still uses the McCune-Reischauer system, which I have included
in my CJK dictionary at
