Dear Mr. Amstrong (and all),

Of course, we pay attention to the DPRK romanization system, too.
By the way, when I wrote an article on the DPRK romanization system of
1956,
there were diacritical marks on two vowels like MR system. My article
was written in Korean  and reprinted in my collected papers titled
"Kugo' p'yogi 4 po'p yo'n'gu" (Seoul National Univ. Press, 1994).
Could you email me the version(s) that you are referring to in your
message copied below?
