[KS] Vice Governors?

Hello All:

I approach you as a last resort!

I've searched the WWW for a street address, e-mail address, or even a
phone number for the office of the Vice Governors (there are 2 I believe
-each with differing portfolios) of Kyonggi-do. I do know they're in
Suwon.

Anyone with a current provincial government directory out there who
might be able to help?

I know the Vice Governor is in Suwon
