If the Korean Culture & Arts Foundation (Han'guk Munhwa Yesul
Chinhûngwôn) and Kwangju Biennale Foundation are already following some
form of the the National Academy of Korean Language's proposed new
system although the Government 'has not decided a change in
romanization,' might it be worth recalling that two years ago it was the
Ministry of Culture etc. that took the main initiative in launching the
first version of this attack on M-R? Could there be a link? The plot
thickens.
