[KS] Korean Studies List Administrivia

Dear Korean-Studies list:

This message is to alert you to some forthcoming changes to the
korean-studies discussion list.  Most of this should occur invisibly,
that is, you won't need to do anything; but you should know what is
happening.

I am leaving England for a new job at the University of Maryland, and
this means that the discussion list will need to leave England as well. 
Stephen Epstein and I will be joined by Frank Hoffmann in running the
list, and the computing resources will be located in San Francisco. 
We'll inform you of new addresses, web pages, command structure, etc.
when the time comes.

For the duration of the transition, I have closed the list, so that any
applications for membership will need to be handled by the "owners"
rather than by the computer by itself.  Discussions should continue as
usual, up to the actual shift, which should only take a day or two.
