[KS] I: "U.S. should consider withdrawing troops from Korean Peninsula",U S Senator Jesse Helms says

I would like to add  something to the ICAS "yes or no" issue: I have the
feeling that the contributors to this Korean Study list are not enough
"politically correct". Got it?
