I agree with the comments that "ICAS" is jamming up the Korean Studies list. 
  Much of their content seems irrelevant to what I am expecting from the 
list.

I agree entirely! ICAS often sends duplicates of their messages as well and
that is particularly irritating --after it has happened a dozen or so times.
