Romanization: I've seen the upper case O and U used to represent
han'gul's less-rounded o and the unrounded u. I've often wondered how
one would be able to know whether an O or U at the beginning of a
sentence, or at the beginning of a title or place name, is a rounded o
or a less-rounded u.
