The North-South "partnership" extended only to that brief joint marching
moment; they're not a unified team.
The joint entry (no doubt misunderstood by millions around the world as
a sign of something substantive already accomplished) prevented a large
number of the ROK athletes from participating in the opening ceremonies, in
order to keep the ROK and DPRK numbers equal. (The North's delegation was,
not surprisingly, considerably smaller than the ROK's.)
Sorry, I can't help you on the South's TV coverage of NK athletes.

Subject: Olympic Partners
Has there been any coverage of North Koreans by the South on
TV? I have only seen one Northern Judo player, and it was a match against
Japan. I thought they were supposed to be as "one.' I was hoping to see
more. Also, how do they decide who enters which event? Are they operating
as two teams, or as one? I am confused.
