Dear list,

I am looking for a version of the amended constitution (in 1994 or so?)
of
North Korea on the web. Since I want to use it for a class on Korean
constitutions, I need an English or German version.

BTW, the CIA has updated its factbook with new (July 2000) estimates on
NKorea.
